Dr. Hawkins: Five years ago in February 2014, I was watching a webinar and I decided to use Graig (Local Search For Dentists®). Ever since then it’s just been a ride uphill. Things just keep going up.

This has been hands down the best thing I’ve ever done for my business. I have you guys to thank that I’m busy and I can kind of be a little choosy in the cases that I take. I don’t have to I guess look in desperation for certain things that I don’t feel like I would be comfortable doing.

2018 was our third year to top a million bucks in collections.  So we did and 2018, we collected…it was right at about $1.19 million I think. For this year we’re gonna probably do around $1.3 million coming forward. And again, this is the third year that we’ve done that. And actually, April, March and February of this year…all through those months we collected over $100,000, which is great. So I’ve been able to pay down some more debt and and not worry as much about you know the money funnel running out.

How does it feel to beat the corporate chains? It feels good!

Those guys have deep pockets. They have a lot of money that they can invest in advertising and marketing which I don’t have. But unfortunately this; the online presence has helped us a great deal, so I don’t have to worry about that as much.

We actually, as far as new patients are concerned, I’ve averaged…let’s see…I had 64 in January, and I had 99 last month. 99! It’s crazy!

This is working. And it’s not terribly complicated to do it. I’ve wasted so much money on marketing. like I bought a billboard one year — it cost me $10,000. I didn’t get any patients out of that. NOTHING has done for my business what this company has done and I’m just really grateful for this. The Google stuff has just helped with so much. As long as just people who see us online; they find us and they call us. We help them out.

I feel good. I mean, my stress level mostly is down because I don’t worry about whether patients are gonna show.

Because of Local Search For Dentists®, I don’t worry about it as much and I can kind of focus on the job when I’m here and then when I leave, if I choose to look into the software from home and do some reports or whatever I can. But I don’t have to worry as much.

It’s kind of like a machine and it just keeps going.  I just kind of show up.

I feel good! For dental hygiene, we’re about a month to six weeks out… which is a problem! But I’ve got a lot of opportunity and people will wait. They make an appointment and they wait that long to come back because they’ve heard so much good stuff about us.

When we ask a patient, “Hey, how’d you hear about us?”, I’ve got several word-of-mouth but most of them say, “We found you on Google.”

I’ve had a handful like read through ALL four hundred and some-odd reviews, which takes a while! I’ve got patients from 60 miles away, which is nice, and I’ve actually had some people that moved to Dallas that drive all the way back here.

That reminds me; I had a guy that his wife was one of my very first patients. He works in Dallas and that’s a good hour from here. He came in for a checkup and cleaning a couple of days ago and he was telling us his coworkers, “Hey, I gotta leave; I gotta go see my dentist in Burleson…see ya, good luck!” (laughs)

But just in closing, if anyone out there is watching this, just give this guy a chance. I did, I don’t regret it. It’s my fifth year and I’m happy to keep going and I just I can’t say enough good stuff about this company. They just helped me so much and I’m really pleased with the results.

The Modern “Word Of Mouth” Referral Has Moved From Offline to Online!

Trust me… you are 100% losing referrals, production, market share and PROFIT (pure cash flow) to other doctors down the street who have their “Google House” in order, with loads of FRESH AND CURRENT Google reviews, videos of their best patients bragging about them, blogs, photo websites and other online reputation marketing that they’ve been doing for over 10 years, while you might be relying on “outdated” marketing methods, like a “website” (which is just a glorified brochure in this day and age), word of mouth, playing on Facebook, or worse yet, you’re doing NOTHING to attract referrals and new patients.

I was just talking about this with Dr. Nathan Ho, who is a tremendously successful dentist in the Dallas area and influencer in the industry to over 6,000 dentists on his podcast, called Dental Win-Win. He consistently gets large cashing paying cases because the patients already come in trusting him because his “google house” is 100% in order. In the modern era we live in, you have NO CHOICE but to do these things or you will go the way of the “dodo” bird and become the next Kmart or Blockbuster…EXTINCT. And I don’t say this to scare, the data backs up my statement, you simply will not survive, and I’ve seen this all too often over the last 15 years!

Instead, your patients and their families are searching for your services through different means. Forget meaningless coupons or braggy, boastful commercials. Instead, they are first turning to the world’s largest and most trusted media outlet…Google Search. And believe it or not, you actually have the power to control the way your potential patients are perceiving your office. In fact, by claiming and managing your Google listing (and related properties, like your YouTube channel), you are doing more to build your brand than anything else.

If you want to have a dog in this fight and battle for your own survival, I URGE you to RIGHT NOW to focus on getting your Google house in order.

There’s no better time in history to create a windfall of business for your practice through Google. Instead of falling victim to public suspicion of dentists and other doctors in the community, use Google to build an aura of trust and quality. Plus, the entire thing is free!

Patients don’t understand the difference between a respected service provider and “the cheaper, easier alternative.” That is unless you actually show them why and how there’s a difference.

Too many doctors believe that:
“What used to work will keep me successful forever”.

This is why it’s so essential that you control the conversation between you and your prospective patients. And the best way to do that is through your own powerful marketing, led by loads of FRESH and NEW beaming Youtube videos and Google reviews from real patients of yours bragging about how you impacted their lives and made everything simple and easy.
