Refund/Cancellation Policy

FULL DISCLOSURE CLAUSE: Client agrees to full disclosure of all marketing efforts currently undertaken on behalf of client or client’s business. As the nature of the marketing LSFD administers on behalf of the client ranges widely and depends on consistent application, client agrees to inform LSFD in writing before engaging any third party organization for marketing purposes during the duration of the campaign term.

Google Adwords Express Program Policy:
Due to the level of man hours to implement Local Search For Dentists Google Adwords Express Program, no refunds will be issued. This program is a 120 day commitment and you must give 60 days written (either fax or parcel, email will NOT be accepted) notice if you choose to cancel this service, you will be obligated to pay for the next 2 months of service after the cancellation notice is received. If Client fails to pay all amounts due during the Minimum Term, Client shall pay to LSFD as liquidated damages the sum of 90 percent of the remaining payments due during the Minimum Term. If, 60 days’ prior to the end of the Minimum Term or anytime thereafter, Client fails to provide 60 days’ advance notice of Client’s desire to terminate, Client shall pay to LSFD as liquidated damages the sum of 100 percent of the payments that were due during the 60-day notice period. Client agrees that the aforementioned formulas for liquidated damages is a reasonable forecast of just compensation in light of the difficulty of estimation of the harm caused by such a breach. Belvedere Marketing Group LLC DBA Local Search For Dentists (LSFD), a Texas Corporation, can terminate this agreement if client is in default of any terms herein, and fails to cure those defaults within 15 days. Local Search for Dentists may, but is not required to, provide notice of the default to Client. In the event you sell the practice, retire, or for any other reason do not associate with the practice you will be personally obligated to fulfill the your 120 day agreement and monthly payments associated with said agreement. This credit card transaction will be processed using a secure online internet e-commerce gateway system. LSFD does not guarantee any results. The work performed by Local Search For Dentists and any agreements with Local Search For Dentists shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas in Travis County. In the event that litigation, mediation or legal action results from or arises out of any agreement with Local Search For Dentists or the performance thereof, the Parties will litigate and resolve in the state of Texas in Travis County. In the event you sell the practice, retire, or for any other reason do not associate with the practice you will be personally obligated to fulfill this agreement and monthly payments associated with said agreement. Local Search For Dentists owns the licensing rights to all videos, images, blogs, articles, press releases, training manuals, keyword optimization, on-site meta data, and any other intellectual or design property created during this program. LSFD reserves the right to remove this information if the Client is in breach of contract. Local Search For Dentists owns licensing rights to all videos, images, blogs, articles, press releases or any other intellectual or design property created during this program, including the right to remove this information if the Client is in breach of contract. If you so choose to cancel this service on or after the initial 120 day commitment, you must provide 60 day written notice on official Local Search for Dentists cancellation documentation and are obligated to pay for these two months of services. This form must be returned via fax to (510) 201-6529 or by parcel to the address 611 S Congress Ave, Suite 130, Austin TX, 78704. I acknowledge that I can under no circumstance cancel this service prior to the expiration of the 120 day commitment.

Terms of Service:   Any and all work performed by Belvedere Marketing Group LLC, DBA Local Search For Dentists and any agreements with Local Search For Dentists shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas in Travis County. In the event that litigation, mediation or legal action results from or arises out of this Agreement or the performance thereof, the Parties agree to litigate and resolve in the state of Texas in Travis County.
